Welcome to the Broadmoor Curling Club 

Your Curling Club for the Colorado Springs area since 1968


The Broadmoor Curling Club (BCC) was founded in 1968 and is an amateur sports organization, which fosters the Sport of Curling, in the Colorado Springs area. The BCC is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to teaching, developing, promoting and encouraging the spirit of curling; to develop youth and adult programs that lead to local, national, and international competitions.

Curlers, if you've curled one or more seasons, please help support our Learn to Curl clinics as an instructor or assistant instructor.  You'd be surprised how much a little help with these clinics will help our club grow!

  4-week Developmental Summer League

       BCC will conduct a developmental/skills Summer league fpr curlers with 5 years or less experience and new skips. The league will be on Sunday's from 2:30-5:pm on 31 May and 7, 14, 21 June. If you are interested registration is located in the lower right corner of the homepage.

Cedar Rapids Ice Arena

March 7-14
Fargo Moorehead Curling Club, North Dakota
Team Colorado women and Team Texas men won the MACA Playdowns
and will represent the region.
Team Colorado women: Cynthia Smith (skip), Becca Wood (vice),
Dena Rosenberry (second) from the BCC, and Rachel Sethi (lead) - she played at BCC last season - finished the round robin 5-4, one game out of the playoffs. It was the best finish for a Colorado women's team at Club Nationals in many years. Congratulations!

March 28-April 4
Four Seasons Curling Club, Blaine, MN
Team Colorado will represent the region.
Team Colorado, including 3 current or former
Broadmoor Curling Club members, won BRONZE!
Team Colorado: Darrick Kizlyk (skip), Cynthia Smith (vice), Justin Boshoven (second), and Dena Rosenberry (lead)
It was the best showing of a Colorado team at a national event in a couple of decades. Congratulations!

World Senior Curling Championships,

Richmond Curling Club, Richmond, BC, Canada (near Vancouver)
Represent Colorado at the club curling competition in Richmond, a southern suburb of Vancouver.
This is a great event on excellent ice with top-notch hospitality.
Colorado sent a women's team and a men's team from the Denver Curling Club.

10th Annual High Altitude Bonspiel
Thanks to everyone that make this year's Bonspiel a great success.  We had teams from all over the country as well as our friends from north of the border.

Where we curl:
The Colorado Sports and Events Center is located in Monument CO
 just north of Colorado Springs and only 20 minutes from Castle Rock.  There is never a charge for specators so come out and watch live curling on any of our league nights listed under upcoming events.
