8th Annual High Altitude Bonspiel-FULL

Each spring the Broadmoor Curling Club holds a 3 day Open Format Bonspiel and attracts 24 teams from across the USA and Canada. We invite all levels of curlers to our bonspiel where the emphasis is on enjoying a fun filled weekend with plenty of food and curling.

Our 8th Annual Bonspiel will be held April 26-28, 2013 at the World Arena in Colorado Springs. We will be curling  in the Ice Hall which is the building just south of main World Arena.

Early Bird Special is $420.00 per team and $105.00 per individual must register and pay by 28 February 2013.

Fee is $500.00 per team or $125.00 per individual for payments received March 1 or later.
We will form teams from individual entries, please indicate the position you wish to play.
Your bonspiel entry fee includes:

• 4 game guarantee
• 24 team maximum, we fill up quickly for this popular bonspiel
• Specially installed ice; we offer the best arena ice!
• Dinner/Banquet Saturday night at Crowne Plaza Hotel (extra dinner tickets available, see info below)
• Lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Continental Breakfast each morning at the arena
• Hospitality Suite Saturday night at Crowne Plaza Hotel
• Prizes and Silent Auction
• Snacks after each game

Draws on Friday will be at 9AM, 1130 AM and 2PM. The 2PM draw is very limited.  All Teams curl Friday during the day so please plan accordingly!

We are once again using the Crowne Plaza as our host hotel and have a block of rooms at a special price.  The Crowne Plaza offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Colorado Springs airport as well as to and from the arena.  Denver International Airport is 1.5 hour drive from the arena. 

Each team will receive 4 dinner tickets, extra dinner tickets are available at a cost of $35.00 for adults and $15.00 for children 12 and under.  If your team would like to purchase additional dinner tickets for your spares/alternates or family members not curling with you, contact Paula Bloom.  Extra dinner tickets include our famous hospitality suite following dinner.
