Membership is from the 1st of July to the 30th of June. You must be paid by the 1st of July to continue your insurance and status in the National Curling Club and will have a grace period with them until the 1st of November.

After filling out this application, print and mail the printed application along with a check for your annual dues to the membership coordinator.
